Telehealth services include dedicated primary care physicians and mental health specialists. Patients access expert consultations without the need for long-distance travel.By eliminating long distance travel employees reduce the need for time off from work, lost productivity and limited consultation time spent with the physician. Employees now have immediate 24/7 $0 copay access to physicians and prescription drugs.

Lab Testing
Access For Health’s LabCorp service gives members and eligible dependents access to outpatient lab testing through our mobile app. When Access For Health members use LabCorp to have their lab work processed, they pay no deductibles, no copays, and no coinsurance on covered laboratory services.*

Urgent Care
Access For Health believes that access to Urgent Care facilities is an important component of an essential healthcare program. Including Urgent Care visits at zero copay will help to reduce unnecessary emergency room visits avoid expensive emergency room costs while giving families peace of mind. With over 7,000 locations in our network we are local to most communities.

Can I see a doctor at their office?
Access For Health (AFH) was designed to provide unlimited virtual office visits at any time 24/7 in all 50 states. Members have access to urgent care centers for 3 visits per year at over 7000 facilities nationwide.
What is my cost for a virtual visit?
All AFH members have unlimited access to virtual physician office visits at $0 copay.
What is my cost for an urgent care Visit?
There is $0 copay for the urgent care visit. The benefit is limited to $200 per visit. Most visits cost less than $200.
What is my cost for prescriptions?
As a member of AFH your virtual provider can prescribe generic medications for acute and chronic conditions as well as mental health needs all at $0 copay.
What prescriptions are covered?
In the mobile app you can access the formulary list of more than 3100 prescriptions.
What is my copay for lab work?
There are no copays for lab services requested by your virtual provider when accessing one of over 2200 LabCorp facilities nationally.
If I have had or will need hospital services how do I get these reduced?
Members can call Care Guide at 888-221-1140 and a care advocate will gather information and begin the negotiations on behalf of the member.
Can I get a reduced cost on other medical services not covered in the AFH program?
Yes. Care Guide will direct you to facilities near your location that will provide highest quality, most competitively priced services.
How do I access these services?
AFH provides a mobile app to all members upon enrollment where they can access all the services in our program.
Do I need internet service to access the app?
No. Cell service on a smart phone will enable you to access the app.
What is the enrollment period?
Members can enroll by the 20th of any month with coverage effective the 1st of the following month.
How can I pay for my membership?
Members can either provide a credit card or bank information. Monthly membership fee will be charged to card or drafted from checking account by the 20th of the month for coverage effective the 1st of the following month. Employee membership is employer paid or payroll deducted.
How many family members are covered in a family contract?
Up to 9 immediate family members are covered. Once a dependent reaches age 26 they need to purchase their own membership.
